All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Arequipa. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1 business day from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please wait to process your orders. After that, it will take between 1 business day for delivery in the city of Arequipa, and between 2 to 3 business days for orders to other cities (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes?
